Has anybody notice a recent surge in sinophobia?

Lately, especially when I'm on reddit. I've come across subreddit from /unfilteredchina, redditors constantly talking about how Asians are the most racist group ever, and black subreddits talking about how Asians is stealing their culture and of course the recent Rick chow. What is going on? And what can we actually do to fight this because it feels like there's a massive psyop going on. Let's have a discussion about this
