Forgot my old Minecraft base coordinates after beating the Ender Dragon. Any way to find them?

I decided to revisit a Minecraft world from one or two years ago. The thing is, the last thing I remember doing was reaching the End portal and defeating the Ender Dragon. I had my bed placed near the portal, and that's where I logged out.

Now I can't remember the coordinates of my base. I only had them written down in the notes app of an old phone that I no longer have. What I do remember is that my base was pretty far from spawn, probably around 2–3k blocks away from the original spawn point. I don't remember the direction or anything else, though.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could recover the coordinates? Is there some trick people use for this, or do I just have to wander around until I eventually find my base again (or build a new one if I never do)?
