Panna cotta

The other day I had a dinner party and made a layered individual dessert with raspberry jelly and rose water flavoured panna cotta on top.

I’m having a couple friends over for lunch and want to experiment with a mukhwas flavoured panna cotta, but would like to do the same layering again.

What flavour jelly would you put with it?

Instead of boxed fruit flavoured jelly should I attempt a homemade rose jelly at the bottom with the mukhwas PC on top?
