Monitors go black. PC still running. Have to force shutdown, how can I fix it?

Both my monitors will suddenly blackout - i can hear and interact with my pc its just i can't see anything. This has happened more recently. The only apps i have actively open are firefox and a game called Lost Ark.

This crash ONLY happens when I play Lost Ark; my PC is consistently under heavier loads but never faces this problem otherwise.

Mem sits on average 60-70% with Lost Ark taking 5.5gb.
CPU around 30%.
