I genuinely want to just sleep 7h
It's been a week+
Let's just say the sound proofing at home isn't great. I want to just sleep peacefully. We had a small fan at home that used to make a lot of noise, and that was the only thing that let me sleep during the j** prep last year. Now I'm back home for what. 2 months from college. The fan broke down because my younger sister kicked it.
Now regardless of what time I sleep I'm being woken up everyday at what, 6am.
I sleep at the ripe time of 1 or 2 am cause I'm finding it hard to adjust back to home and being woken up at 6am, as a very light sleeper, I cannot fall asleep again.... I'll prolly end up in depression like before again. It's not like I'm waking up cause everyone else at home is talking - they keep shouting every single morning. I get it you're going to work, but if you're just a meter away from each other why tf do they have to shout. I told them I'm unable to sleep and their response?
Silence. Ignored everything I said.
I go back to room hoping to fall asleep, they start it again.
I'm willing to fall on my knees and beg them please fucking let me sleep, I can't function on 4h of not-restful sleep everyday, the few short hours of sleep I get are riddled with nightmares too. It's hard to hold on for long like this.
Atp I just want to go back to college, I was way less stressed, had way better sleep (both in quality and quantity).....if only it wasn't summer break.
I'm genuinely in tears the last few hours, I have no fucking clue what to do.
