Continuous Peripheral Disconnection Issue in Game
I am consistently having an issue where in games (mainly Rainbow Six Siege) where my mouse will constantly disconnect and reconnect 1-3 times per round for about 8 seconds. Sometimes, although much more rare, this issue will happen to all of my USB devices (headset, keyboard, and mouse) for a longer period of time to about 20 seconds.
I have tried a multitude of methods to fix this, including, moving around the USB location (primarily to the back), setting my polling rate lower, setting "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power" off for every single USB hub device, setting USB selective suspend to disabled inside of the control panel, updating to the latest version of Windows 11, Updating ALL of my drivers to the latest version (including chipset, graphics, etc), reinstalling Razer Synapse, disabling Razer Synapse, doing a fresh clean reinstall of Windows, and yet I am still having this issue.
Here are some information for those who are willing to help:
The windows unplug and re-plug noise DOES play whenever it happens
I am on a full AMD system (RX6650 XT and 5800X) on an ROG B550F motherboard
I have NOT experienced this issue on anything other than Rainbow Six Siege
Event Viewer does not show any errors relating to USB
At this point I have been troubleshooting this for over 10 hours and I am stuck at a loss. Any help is very appreciated.
