Point Contact Cannon Brace acquisition 2026

Title. I’ve been away for ~2 years and am trying to finish farming this. Rahool will not let me target it saying I need to get it from collections first. I can’t get it from collections because I haven’t managed to get the initial drop. I’ve been looking online, but everything is from over two years ago.

How do I get the Point Contact Cannon Brace to drop now? Do I just keep running expert lost sectors? Thanks in advance!
