Would it be wise to move out with my finances?

Asking Advice

So I am 22 and I’m hoping to move out at the beginning of next year. My new job now pays me $3300 monthly after taxes and in my area rent is between $900-$1400 a month, depending on the apartment. I don’t have any student debt, and I only pay on my car (currently I pay $295 on the car and $130 for insurance, but the insurance will change since I’m under my dad and it will go up a bit if I’m not under his roof). I’ll also have time between now and then to save a lot of my checks to have an emergency fund.

My living situation is extremely chaotic and stressful, and it’s getting to be too much for me to never be able to wind down after a long day. I really would like just a little studio apartment for me and my cat, no roommates or anything. Please let me know if I’m being unrealistic or if I simply don’t make enough. The last thing I wanna do is move out of one stressful living situation and into another. Thank for for any advice you give me :)
