Mini Cooper SE not charging

after 200 days not having a charge my HV battery is out of balance so it won't accept a charge.

I had it towed to BMW where they gave me a ISTA report and a. $60000 quote for a new battery. Any brain waves to bring the battery back from its deep sleep?

I had researched that they are CATL cells that are specially made for a shallow battery case. It may be possible to close the contactors and trickle charge until the BMS can take over?
