This is an update to my previous post regarding my Grailed payout.

So recently I sold an item on Grailed

Everything went smooth

I was told my payment was sent to PayPal but it didn’t so I reach out to Grailed

I had to update my account information since the email is old and I don’t have access to it anymore.

Everything was updated and changed and I have complete access to my account

Went ahead to update my PayPal info account I linked then unlinked it then linked it.

I confirmed with Grailed that I made these merchant changes and I even added my stripe account

I forgot to mention that I also put in a claim with the BBB regarding this and I think this helped boost the response time as before contacting them through email was hell and slow

included screenshot of their response

So now where are we at?

With my account email updated I was informed now that my payment was sent but failed due to PayPal flagging my account as locked and inactive

I have already talked to PayPal and confirmed that they didn’t receive a payment from grailed nor they said my account was limited I have full access to it and it’s in good standing.

They told me to update my PayPal in my account and I did and to reach out in order to restart and process the payout again.

I have emailed them and stated that all is updated and that I even added a stripe account

I have asked for payment to be sent to stripe first and if that cannot be the case to try PayPal then.

I am now waiting for their response

My question is will they be able to send to stripe first or will it be through PayPal originally as I prefer for it to be sent to stripe first.
