Is It True ?

I am a JEE 27'Tard who is aiming for a good college in MAINS itself to keep a safety net for advanced and on top of that am a general male....My Question is over the last few posts I saw that 99%ilers in MAINS are not getting good college streams in good college for gen-male.... is it true ?
