Silent endo? Or IVF TTC 2.5 years

Hello queens, I’m in a bit of a pickle.

My husband (35) and I (32) started trying to conceive in January 2024 and, much to our surprise, got pregnant on the first go. Unfortunately, I miscarried at 6.5 weeks.

Fast forward two and a half years later, and we’re still trying to get answers. The specialist has labelled us unexplained.

Thyroid function testing (normal)
Progesterone testing to confirm ovulation
AMH testing- 25.7 mmol
General hormone panels
All coming back within the normal ranges

I have also worked with a naturopath, following the miscarriage as my gut health went haywire,. Stool testing showed elevated secretory IgA (gut immune activation) and some microbiome abnormalities. I have been doing some reading on endo and gut health, histamine (I have hay fever, perioral derm and react strongly to stings)

Clear tube flush and my husband’s semen analysis was excellent: 164 million/mL concentration, 76% motility, 71% progressive motility, and 11% normal morphology, so male factor doesn’t appear to be the issue either.

Tried-1 letrozole cycle 2.5mg
Medicated IUI, letrozole, trigger then progesterone. Lining was measure as 6-6.5 then 8mm
Hated all the medications and side effects.

We are fit and healthy, eat clean and exercise regularly. I don’t wanna throw my dick around but I can do 10 chin ups.. so it’s not a lifestyle issue

I am not sure what to do next? I have a gut feeling it may be silent endo? Very rarely but sometime I will have pain with sex, my period pain was worse when I was younger, I was on the pill but managed with Panadol and naprogesic. Last cycle I tried not to take any pain meds, which was manageable as I could WFH in bed with a heat pack?
I just don’t know if it’s silent endo or are these symptoms normal?

I guess I am looking on feedback as what to do next?
I wouldn’t be able to have a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy until November when our private health kicks in. It’s 12k out of pocket if we did it now.

Or do I just bite the bullet and process with IVF?
I don’t see the point in wasting more money on IUI’s.
