Holland "Bridgeview/Pinnacle Class" is a bargain compared to Neptune Class. What am I missing?

Based on my internet searches HAL "Pinnacle/Bridgeview" Class is pretty comparable to Neptune Class and it's supposed to be newer, but an awful lot cheaper. What am I missing? This is a partial screenshot from cruise plum for Summer 2027 east coast (basically NY-Montreal or vice versa).
