Help! CAN Bus codes and MIL

Hey all, recently put an actual scanner on the truck and confirmed several canbus codes anyone have an pointers of common areas of issues?

Code that has been active for a while are:

U0140-00 Lost communication with BCM

New codes as of today:

U0002-00 CAN C Bus off performance

U0402-00 Implausable data from TCM (Might be since im tuned from EOC?)

U0100 Lost communication with ECM/PCM

U0001-00 CAN C Bus

The truck: 2022 1500 Ecodeisel with EOC Stage 2 multimap, newest addition is a phoenix automotive touch screen 13.6" Radio. And 2 amplifiers, Auxbeam gang switch with pods on the bumper and pillar if that makes a difference for the last couple of years.
