Confused if I qualify for 485 visa based on past studies

I read the 485 Australia study requirements. I previously completed a 3 year bachelors degree in Australia 7 years ago. I left Australia, and returned to Australia to study a masters program, but I studied for 1 semester and quit and left Australia. I now want to apply for a masters program in Australia, and apply for advanced standing, but it would reduce the program to 1.5 years or 1 year. Can I combine my past qualifications for the 485 visa?

On another situation, for the 189 or 190 visa, will my 3 year bachelors degree count for the 5 Australian study points no matter how long ago it was?
