[TOMT] Flash MMO (2012–2013) I need help finding hero animal avatar game with chat, city areas, and superhero capes

I am trying to find a Flash browser MMO I played around 2012–2013 that I may have discovered through Newgrounds. I remember it being a 2D side-view cartoon world with animal avatars only and multiplayer chat with other players visible. It had a city setting with separate areas or rooms, and you could go onto rooftop areas of buildings. I also remember characters being able to wear superhero-style outfits, including a red cape. I am not fully sure, but it may have had some kind of hero or combat elements as well. I would really appreciate any help identifying this game.
