Good additions to Irish flake

i’m drying some Irish lake right now, but I’m thinking about things I might be able to add to give it a little bit more of something else going, other than just wood smoke.

I was thinking maybe some oriental for some spice or periqe for nuance. But I’d like somebody to weigh in their opinions. especially since I don’t normally add anything to production blends.

(also if there’s any other blends you think benefit from a kick of something else id want to hear it)
