Help with ITIN and paying taxes

I am a Canadian who worked in the US through my university for research work in 2021. I recieved a W-2 to pay taxes. I tried filing but did not have an ITIN so the application was rejected. I do have an IRSN/TTIN. I am trying to work with a CAA in order to file and pay my taxes as I am looking to work a job that requires no foreign debts. The main issue is I have lost my W-2 and do not have access to it. The email I used for the company has since been deleted and my attempts to contact the company payroll have been ignored. I have tried calling the IRS multiple times only to sit on the phone for 7-9 hours to be hung up on. How can I get my W-2 asap so I can finally pay off the IRS and be done with this?
