Weight continously rising this past week at a ridiculous rate
I am very confused and finding it hard not to just give up right now. Ive been losing weight well for a while now, and while ive had strange problems this is absurd. Im on a pretty extreme deficit right now (details probably not necessary but can elaborate if needed), and ive been relatively consistent the whole time. Last week, I was visiting with my parents for three days. In those three days we ate out and had pretty unhealthy food, but I cut back some stuff to compensate. Overall, around the same calorie intake, just the contents where a lot less nutritious. That was last Thursday through Saturday.
Cut to now six days later and I am up 10 pounds. My diet hasn't changed one bit, it's just started steadily going up since Friday. It started with a jump of around 4 pounds, which is a lot but I assumed the extra sodium was just messing with water retention, it'll go down. It has not gone down. I really don't know what's going on. I can't really afford to talk to a professional so this is currently my only source advice. Id really appreciate anything
