Is Alang-Salacsac Quad Peak beginner-friendly? Best season to hike?

Planning to hike Alang-Salacsac Quad Peak soon. For reference, I've only done Mt. Mariglem and Mt. Ulap so far. Would you consider Alang-Salacsac beginner-friendly or is it a big jump in difficulty from those two mountains? Also, is this a good time to hike there, or are there specific months/seasons when the experience is much better in terms of weather, trail conditions, and views?
