Bit has changed Bilt Cash to promo discount codes

I learned tonight when trying to use the $10 Grubhub credit that Bilt has secretly converted the $10 credit into a $10 promo code, so you can't use the $10 promo code alongside in-app Grubhub or store promos.

This wasn't a problem in March, April, or May. A Bilt representative confirmed tonight that they recently changed it, although none of the language used in the app or in their advertising literature indicates that Bilt cash is not "cash/credit that can be applied to purchases." Bilt cash, apparently, is now just promo codes.

I'm quite angry about this.
