Good alternative budget controller to the DS4?

Hi guys,

I've been using 3 DS4 controllers, while they lasted me 2-3 years each time. They always suffered the same fate which was having stick drifts.

Now that they are discontinued and I don't feel like getting refurbished ones. Are there some similar controllers that run as well as the DS 4(apart from the DS5 due to the price tag).

I've seen that ppl are recommending 8bitdo and Gamesir controllers but each of them has their pros and cons.

I wouldn't say I'm an avid controller user like using it to call of duty or other competitive fps.

So maybe I don't really need that low latency. I also heard about complaints regarding mushy D pad which I don't know if I will mind (probably not)

In the end, I probably just want a controller that feels like my current one which doesn't affect my gaming tempo.
