Got victim to cheat papers

Yesterday I had my GE paper, and usually I do check my desk but I was a bit and late and all I was focused was on writing my paper and as I was writing the invigilater was checking under desk for cheats and stuff and there was a paper inside my desk, like it wasn't mine and I didn't even know it was there, ik obv I will be the prime suspect, but the thing is the paper was completely of diff sub I could see formulas and numericals, but that sir he kept blaming me mind you I had English ge paper, I told him it wasn't mine and stuff still he was like no even if it's not urs it was under ur desk so now it'sindirectlyi urs, Imean DU PROFESSORs are u this retarded, my duty is to right to keep entertaining him explaining myself that it wasn't mine, I was so devastated and I haven't slept the whole night, he was a hindi prof so I assumed he wasn't able to differentiate the cheat content and my English paper answers just becuz there was eng letters in the cheat paper he kept insisting it's mine, it was soo embarrassing and traumatic experience, I mean I don't think it should be our responsibility to keep checking under our desk becuz we come to write and mind u I was late and as of that as soon as I reached class I started writing my paper and there was cheat paper I didn't know of, I even asked him to call someone else to verify that it wasn't my subject and isn't related but he was so entitled to himself he was like nonono, and took away my paper
