BYE BYE GRUBHUB!
Nice, nice. So I randomly got two "high cancellation" violations on May 7th and May 9th (after never having any for years). Keep in mind this is because they kept sending me to restaurants that were closed or the restaurants frequently didn't have the order. I seriously went into a Chinese restaurant where the lady was nice but said "no english, no order." Nothing else.
So on May 9th I decided to stop delivering until August 7th when one of the violations fell off. Well, what do you know? A couple days ago I got ANOTHER violation also on May 9th. What the hell? How could I get two in one day and also a month after the alleged date?
I started delivering in 2023. I had no problems until these two days that I got three violations for things out of my control.
Good thing I have another job, but I feel for others that this has happened to that don't have any other source of income.
Grubhub - you need to get rid of this stupid AI/automatic system to give violations because you are firing hardworking drivers for no reason.
