Should I stay or should I go? 🤭

Hello! I am an accounting assistant in a private company in Makati and I'm already 1 and 9 months here. The concern is the burnout i feel lately. I'm having a dilemma of quiting my job and start finding a wfh setup or should I stay until the end of the year to get my bonus and 13th month, plus points that my experience will be more than 2 years. Any suggestion? Thanks
