Flitwick is a legend

Listening to the Stephen Fry audiobooks again (currently OoTP) and the 3 times per book Flitwick is mentioned or says like 5 words is always iconic. Such an underrated teacher and just an all around legend. He just seems like an incredibly encouraging teacher, who sincerely roots for his students. Not to mention his talent as a duelist AND dealing with the stigma with being descended from goblins. I feel like everytime he's mentioned he makes me smile. So just a little appreciation post. He also apparently has a high pass rate despite seemingly not destroying them with homework during OWLs. Of course, his branch of magic could be "easier" relative to the likes of Transfiguration and Potions but still worth mentioning. He seems to be a fair, kind and good teacher.

This post was primarily inspired by:

Him secretly giving Harry sweets when the Quibbler article went out and saying to Umbridge after she tried to get rid of the fireworks "of course I could've done it myself..but wasn't sure I had the authority" and slamming the door in her face.
