Need to replace the lights on my 1975 Honda XL100

help please!

Sorry for the giant block of text, but this one is a doozy.

So I bought an XL100 as a first motorcycle about a month ago, and while it's been amazing to learn on, there's been things I've needed to change - though the bike was pristine when I bought it, which was nice. Regardless - the incandescent headlight, blinkers, and tail light all need to be replaced with LEDs for safety reasons; I use it as a commute vehicle, and often have to drive at night. I'm not sure if this is a symptom of another issue or if it's simply the fact it runs on a 6 volt system, but if I want to use my headlight, it draws too much power to use my turn signals. If I use my turn signals at low rpms, sometimes it causes the bike to sputter out - especially if I've had the headlight on for some time. I am working on getting a new battery to see if that could help, but that's a temporary solution at best. Either way, I've had serious trouble finding a good replacement headlight or taillight that will fit, and run on 6 volts. If anyone has a good source for such parts, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for those who took the time to read this and comment.
