I need help ASAP

My pc crashed and was having issues like restarting saying this device ran into an issue” then when i booted it back up it wouldn’t let me back into windows wouldn’t even let me reset the pc at all not matter what i did so now im trying to reinstall windows from a usb i had it working but during the install it went to BIOS and now when i try to reinstall it again when im in the boot menu i select the usb it foes to a black screen then right back to the boot selection menu i seriously need help.
