Thoughts on Loganville?

My family is relocating to the Atlanta area and we are strongly considering Loganville due to the generous lot sizes and its access to our family and Alma mater in South Carolina. We have two kids and would plan to be in that area for 5 years or so before relocating closer to the city.

What are the unfiltered thoughts on Loganville?

Additional info: mid 30s family that enjoys local restaurants and will visit the city maybe once or twice a week in Buckhead.
