Outfit restyling/reworks services within Metro Manila?

Hello, meron po kayang tailors/seamstresses that does restyling or rework on clothes? I have a lot of Sunday formal dresses na I want to rework into summer dresses, like pa-remove yung sleeves and modify it to spaghetti or halter type straps, modify necklines, etc.

I know it might be a lot more expensive than just actually buying summer dresses, pero nanghihinayang ako 🥹 I really like the colors, designs, and yung tela. I want to reuse and wear those dresses in another style.

Baka may alam po kayo that takes those kinds of requests. Sa mga napagtanungan ko tailoring shops, minor alteration/adjustments lang po talaga ang ino-offer nila, they don't do reworks.
