Weverse Cancellation Help

I ordered a lightstick from weverse US store so I can use it on my upcoming trip outside the US. However, its been DAYS since I placed my order and they still have not shipped my item. My flight is coming up and I know that it will not arrive on time. I asked the customer support a bunch of times when will they ship it but they give me vague answers, so I want to cancel the order but the app does not let me as the status is "Shipping Soon" Did anyone have the same experience? Were you able to cancel it through customer support? Please help 😭
