Staycation

Thinking about a one night “staycation” for my wife and I. Thinking stay in a hotel, go to a nice restaurant, maybe do something fun as a night away from the kids. I’m considering downtown and looking at the Trilogy or 106 Jefferson, which hotel is nicer? Or are there other hotels and restaurants in the Huntsville area we should look into?
