You want to teach kids about integrity? Then start by living it. You cheated. You lied. Those weren't lapses in judgment, they were deliberate choices. And until you fully own the weight of them, you have no right to stand in front of any young person and talk about character. Trust is the foundation of a classroom, and you’ve already shown you can’t be trusted in the most basic of human bonds. Fix yourself before you ever try to shape a child’s conscience.

And you, the little boy who couldn't hold onto her. You failed not because she was tempted, but because you weren't enough to keep her grounded. A real partner builds a world so full that no one needs to wander. Instead, she looked elsewhere. That’s on both of you. Her hypocrisy parades as piety, but actions don’t lie. Shame on her for pretending purity while betraying trust. And shame on you for being too weak to command her loyalty.

And let's talk about the people around you, the friends who knew, who watched, who said nothing. They didn't protect you from yourself. They didn't call you out. They smiled in your face while quietly approving your betrayal. Enablers are just cowards with good excuses. They share in the shame whether they admit it or not. Fixing your makeup after getting caught cheating says it all, you care more about your face than the feelings you destroyed. That’s not damage control, that’s just shallow.
