Recruitment Centre Visit?

So I finished my gambit 1 around 3 days ago.

They moved my application to 'testing and screening' around a day ago.

I finished the CF 742 Employment Form today.

In your opinion should i physically visit recruitment tomorrow morning to help move the process along faster??
