Do NMMT buses accept UPI or should I take cash?

I don't usually commute in bus. All I use is local as my workplace has a local station right next to it. Today I need to go somewhere in Kharghar which is approx 5 kms from the station. There are multiple buses available from station to that place. But the thing is I don't know if they'll accept UPI payments or not. Do I need to keep cash?
