Trust the Inner not the Outer

This is a post for those who are newcomers and those who struggle to “see” results from subs.
I personally have gotten the best and most results from older subliminals , 3-5 years plus . I find that the simplistic quality of the subs makes it easier for my subconscious mind to absorb . I would also note that Subliminals, Auto Suggestion, Self Concept and Visualization all go hand in hand. If you interested in the topics mentioned above ,do some research online, other forums ,go to YouTube , read some books information is plentiful.
I also suggest to experiment by making your own subliminals using your own voice and affirmations. This way you can be specific and it can feel more familiar to your brain. If you are listening to lots of subs I would suggest reducing to 1-2 for an extended period of time and see how it goes.
Detach from the results. This is where the “act like you have it “ comes from. Simply put ,you either have it or you don’t , you are it or you’re not. Be certain and have conviction within yourself. Someone who is certain that money comes to them doesn’t chase it. They aren’t desperate it’s already apart of who they are. (Note: Stop doubting , Be delusional, Believe it to see it not the other way around. We can make our mind believe anything if we say it enough times, even if it’s not true.)
