Help... can't find a barber who actually knows how to do a textured quiff

Hi everyone. I know there have been a lot of barber recommendation posts here in the past, and I went through most of them, but I'm still struggling to find someone in Austin who actually knows how to do a proper textured quiff.
My last barber completely butchered it - the top had no real texture, and the scissor work just wasn't there. I'm looking for someone who's genuinely skilled with scissor cuts and actually understands this style.
If you have recommendations for barbers in Austin who are good with modern textured cuts, I'd really appreciate it.
