Missing Textures near Kynesgrove

Missing texture is RockCliff02snowlight last modified by Skyrim Landscape and Water Fixes and I been playing around with my load order but gotten no results so I opted to ask for help. I been trying to search answers in the mods page but couldn't find any. Any and all help is appreciated.
