Im so lost at this point.
Ive had hh my whole life, in feet + hands, its terrible, ppl dont know what it feels like unless they have it, cant fking hold a pencil or use my phone without marks, never can handshake because they wonder why my hands are so wet... So ive been trying to fix this.
Option 1: Use over the counter stuff (drysol etc)
Doesnt work for me, my hands still end up sweating.
Option 2: Dermadry (iontophoresis)
Now here is the big one, so so many people say that this helps them, let me tell you my experience with it.
I first used dermadry in october for a few weeks, no results, the problem was I wasnt consistent enough, okay fine.
Next, I started Jan 6 --> Apr 4 : 3 times a week, 6ma 20 mins. Didnt work again... The problem being that i was doing a to low Ma, okay makes sense
Now, Apr 6 ---> June 10: I do max 15ma for hands, 20 mins, EVERY WEEKDAY. Ive done 30+ sessions.... How are my hands STILL SWEATING??? ppl say tap water might not work so i put baking soda like some ppl say, my hands get cuts from exzcema and then it hurts to do dermadry.. Like the only thing I can think of now is buying san pellegrino but now this requires me to spend every week or so and have to continue the over 5 month grind of dermadry with very small results, like sometimes it worked a little but anytime the heat kicked in or i got nervous, right back to dripping.
My last hope is glyco, I see mixed opinions about it, common side effect being dry mouth but id rather have that shit than sweaty hands holy. Maybe I should try glyco and see how it goes, its quick and easy, like 5 mins instead of spending 100mins per week for this machine.. Or should i try san pellegrino for like a week and see if results kick in?
what is your opinions? Did the same thing happen with your dermadry experience? It def could be tap water as the problem but wouldnt baking soda help. Ty just had to get this out
