how i Build my first Saas and seeking for help

Six months ago i started thinking job is not a think for me had 3 kt in first sem thinking i won't be able to sit in placement anyway

So i thought lets start a business looking around for ideas then i saw the yc hackathon winner a extension that could share workflow just with a link then i really like that idea i started searching for it and still noone was build it commercially like was sales or a company wasted the whole month just on researching why noone is building l=thinking if no one is build could be a reson can't find it

I started working on a extension build it till the last step then thought why would someone install just the extension cause i won't be able to upload on chrome store so i thought about creating a saas

created a saas i was direct targeting the loom so i started making product more better than loom by adding zapier and cluely etc how to make work on them any did months on research on founders and the app creation how they are build learing about there tech stack, frameworks etc

now few days ago after very slow process i compeleted my mvp now have applied for incubator just commented on a 16k follower post and got his reply made a short conversasion with and tell him my idea he said the scope is much wider than you think after that msg he just ignore me don't know the reson can see the direction still working on think project

its just that i haven't been able to learn coding previously so i am learning tech while building and hitting limits again and again then can't do anything for a week can't get funding with broken mvp/ partial working you could say opwn for suggestion what should i do next how could get that little fundingfor the subciption and what should be my path

As from my side what i have learn is just build and ship fast thats wht i didnt do which it what getting me down
