Nasal rocks

Anyone else get hard snot rocks after surgery through your nasal passage? I had surgery to my pituitary gland which was accessed though the back of my nose a couple months ago. Now every week I feel some pressure building in my sinus and know another hard, dry ball of snot, the size of a baked bean is going to be birthed through my nose. As long as they come out it’s just an annoyance but there are some that are so big, I don’t know how they can pass through the sinus passages. It’s very satisfying after giving birth to one of these snot rocks
