Has anyone had any experience with Mountainside Hope adoptions?

I wanted to adopt a cat from Mountainside Hope, but have been receiving very sparse responses for over a week. If anyone has experience working with them, how long does it usually take to get a response? Is a week normal and expected? It's been very hard to communicate with them and schedule a call. Wondering if anyone had similar or opposite experiences with them... I know they are a non-profit and busy, but I'm getting a little anxious about the lack of response and would just like some reassurance, especially since I'm unable to find much online at all. Please let me know if there is anything I should know or can do about this. Thank you :,)
