3 years of paying for chatgpt: it is getting worse, not better. Simple example.

I own a well-known, well documented Fujitsu ix500 scanner for archiving.

It was not accepting long pages and jamming.

Long story short: you need to long press the button on the front of the scanner to scan long pages. Simple.

​

Chatgpt was unable to give me this answer AFTER 10 MINUTES OF VOICE CHAT. In fact, it seems completely lost.

However, after i tell chatgpt the answer that i needed to resesrch myselt to obtain, it DOES, indeed, know the answer because it says "yes long press the button until the blue light blinks". Which is the answer and how the scanner functions and the light is indeed blue.

In other words: i wasted 10 mins talking to chatgpt which im paying for to not get the answer.

For the last 2 or so weeks i feel like it has completely stopped working.

Please fix this chatgpt. Or of another ai company is listening... implement voice chat and i will switch to you.
