Creation Kit Render window flickering on Nvidia RTX 5070

Hey all, Creation Kit + Nvidia related question. I've been using CKPE for over a year continuously without any issue, but a week ago I reset the graphics settings on my Nvidia RTX 5070 and now whenever I hit 'edit' on an object and it brings up the preview window my Render window starts flickering and there's a ghostly afterimage on the screen. This only happens in CK and I've already uninstalled/reinstalled it. Does anyone happen to know which specific Nvidia setting to turn on/off to fix this problem? It gives me a headache if I look at it too long. Plz and ty!
