a manga about a mage or wizard that was weak but he casted buffs on people that lasted kinda long and he also light lots of lights with mana

I think he was an adventurer or he was hired by the kingdom,he would take assignments or requests I think, and he would cast buffs on multiple people that lasted a long time compared to other buffs that people casted and he would also light more mana lights than other people could, he was not liked by other people so he was fired, which was a mistake because when they tried to bring someone else to replace him the other person could no what he could and then I don't remember more after that

(sorry if my English writing is kinda bad it's not my first language)
