Pre-booking airport transfers for Malaysia trip

Hi. Taking my wife and kids (5y and 3y) for our first family trip to Malaysia for 10 days. We will be travelling to Genting and Langkawi during our stay. Wanted to know if it is better to pre-book airport transfers from websites like booking.com or klook, or should I book them on spot at the airport or use the Grab app. Thank you.
