NYC Mex Consulate

I was able to secure my dual citizenship (US/Mexico)! I’m now making an appt with the Mexican consulate in NYC for my passport. I made the appt via WhatsApp and was able to schedule an appt for Saturday later this month. According to Google, their standard hours are M-Fri. Does anyone have experience with this consulate? Is this appt real?
