How often do you talk with your coparent?

Backstory: my boyfriend has two kids (3 and 7). I’m a single mom myself to a 7 year old so I also understand the coparent game. I talk to my ex a few times a week at most. My boyfriend’s communication with his ex is so much more often.. like multiple times a day. It does seem to always be about the kids but it still seems like a lot. They exchange a ton of pictures of the kids throughout the day and idk is that just not excessive? My ex and I are on great terms and will maybe send a pic once every few days, but with them talking multiple pics throughout the day. I’m constantly seeing her name pop up on his phone. He tells me the conversation is always about the kids but I haven’t seen the actual texts to verify. Am I being the crazy one or?
