Alters with health conditions that the body doesn’t have

was wondering if anyone had the same experience with this, or similar.

we have one alter who has trouble with stomach aches that also occur when fronting.

we have another alter that seems to have some sort of narcolepsy. this presents very minimally bodily. However, they seem to feel more in their in-headspace body, and they pass out and leave front involuntarily— while one alter fronts for them, and another drags them off to their room.

these only really affect them in headspace. Does anyone have similar experiences??
