People who four man stack and bully/ people who t-bag. Why?

Why do people find it fun to be toxic and ruin the experience for killers?
I just played a game of legion with random addons and perks because i was actually having fun playing dbd and then i have btb headon/ sabotage bully squads on badham and nomostro respectively.
How is it fun for you?
